One of our well reputed BPO/IT client is hiring Customer Support Executives for our Tech Process (Voice). The role involves handling voice-based technical support queries and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements:
Undergraduate/Graduate
Strong English communication skills
Good technical knowledge (Print knowledge preferred)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts with rotational week offs
Minimum 1+ year of experience in voice process
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
