By accessing or using SkillOrbitra, you (“User”, “Employer”, “Candidate”, “Partner”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SkillOrbitra. By using the platform, you represent that:

• You meet all eligibility requirements under applicable law.
• You are using the platform for lawful purposes.

2. Accounts & Responsibilities

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Platform Usage

SkillOrbitra provides:

• Job posting and hiring tools for Employers.
• Job search, application submission, and profile tools for Candidates.
• Talent and business referral features for Partners.
• Communication, notifications, and dashboard analytics.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information.
• Use the platform for spam or unauthorized marketing.
• Copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or interfere with platform functionality.

4. Job Postings & Applications

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of job postings. SkillOrbitra does not:

• Guarantee job placement.
• Participate in hiring decisions.
• Validate Employer background or identity.

5. Partner Referrals

The Partner ecosystem enables referral submissions for talent and business opportunities. Samiddhi Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to approve, suspend, or reject any referral profile or Partner account.

6. Payments (If Applicable)

Certain Employer features or Partner programs may include fees. All payments are governed by the Company’s invoicing and refund policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, code, design, and material on SkillOrbitra belong to Samiddhi Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Users may not copy, distribute, or use Company assets without prior written permission.

8. Data Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security, fraud, or abuse risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

SkillOrbitra is provided on an “as-is” basis. Samiddhi Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for:

• Hiring decisions made by Employers
• Accuracy of submitted content
• Service interruptions, technical issues, or data loss
• Interactions between platform users

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform means you accept the revised Terms.
